Cash on Delivery

Maviq operates on a Cash on Delivery only payment model.

This means no card payment is collected when you place your order online.

You place your order through our website and payment is collected when the package is delivered.

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other online payment methods through our website.

Returns without unnecessary complication

If a handbag or tote bag is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are handled by mail.

We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Maviq covers the return shipping cost.

If you simply change your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Because our orders are paid using Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are handled separately by bank transfer after the returned item has been received and approved.
